Senior Production Engineer

Are you ready for a dynamic role where you can make a difference? As a Senior Production Engineer, you are the link between various departments and play a crucial role in coordinating large customer projects and optimizing our production processes.

The Senior Production Engineer serves as the central point of contact for various teams, striving for continuous improvement and efficiency in production methods and resources. Additionally, you initiate and lead improvement projects aimed at aspects such as lead time reduction, cost reduction, and supplier performance.

You coordinate large customer projects, production of components, and carry out manufacturability analyses DMF with a focus on reproducibly delivering printed parts. The role requires active observation of production processes, asking critical questions, and analytical skills to optimize processes and potentially reduce costs.

Furthermore, the position encompasses leadership and supervision of the team, including the Senior Operator Parts Production, Teamlead Printer Production, and Quality Engineer. You report directly to the Development Manager.

You are involved in key meetings such as CCB, 4C, 8D, and project meetings as a representative of Parts Production. The role also includes responsibilities in the area of reporting and maintaining OEE Metrics (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), as well as daily operational activities.

In short, the Senior Production Engineer plays a crucial role in coordinating projects, optimizing processes, leading improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective daily operations within Parts Production.

• Bachelor’s level of work and thinking towards Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• You possess natural leadership qualities, easily make contact, and are accessible

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
