Voidless printing of high-performance polymers yields products with high isotropic strength. The PEEK printing process developed by Bond3D lends itself to numerous product designs, including critical applications. Among these, manifolds for distribution of gas and liquid flows can demonstrate the many advantages of voidless PEEK printing, and are a popular showcase for the potential of additive manufacturing (AM). For Bond3D, it is now a matter of “practice what we preach”; we have designed manifolds for various applications, such as a cooling manifold for our printer.
