In 2005, HenkJan van der Pol won the first Ir. A. Davidson Award, in recognition of his precision technology achievements at Demcon. He likes to come up with elegant solutions for mechatronic challenges.

HenkJan van der Pol is now CTO at Bond3D, which develops high quality products with its own printers that are developed in-house, making high-grade plastic products that are strong and voidless.
